About Jennifer.

Jennifer is a coach, facilitator and educator dedicated to strengthening the bond between mothers and daughters during the preteen and teen years by expertly guiding mothers using the approach that focuses on heart over discipline during the teen years.

She grew up in the mountains of Utah and graduated from Westminster University. Jennifer remains ever curious about a multitude of seemingly unconnected things: coaching, psychology and Positive Psychology, entrepreneurship, philanthropy, spirituality and fitness, just to name a few. Her passions merged and led her to the health and wellness field where she has spent the last 25+ years teaching and mentoring.

She has also spent many years traveling and has lived in France, Italy and Norway. Her experiences abroad influenced her perspectives on parenting and continues to inform her approach today.

Jennifer is the mother and step-mother of seven amazing humans and she attributes much of her knowledge to the actual practice of motherhood and has participated in communities of mothers assembled as a collective source of lived wisdom and support.

She has worked closely with Sil and Eliza Reynolds (co-authors of Mothering & Daughtering; Eliza is also the founder of the Badass Girls Academy) as both student and mentor and, today, Jennifer facilitates The Mothering Circle with like-minded mamas focusing on healthy attachment and the radical belief that it is possible for mothers and daughters to be close during the preteen and teen years.
